Q: Can I pay at the door?
A: We suggest that you register in advance so we can be sure to have a syllabus, goody bag and name badge ready for you—even if it’s within one week of the conference. If not, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What if I need to cancel?A: We understand that things come up unexpectedly. Our policy is to hold your registration credit toward the following year. It will expire after that time.
Q: Can I get a receipt for reimbursement purposes?A: Yes, just call (212) 767-0744 ext. 13 or e-mail info@danceteachersummit.com with your information, including where you would like the receipt mailed, faxed or emailed to.
Q: Is there a one-day rate?A: No, attendee registration is only sold for the full 3-day event. You can, however, get a free exhibit hall pass, which entitles you to walk the exhibit hall floor any or all three days.
